At Horns Up Foundation, we believe that access to musical education and performance opportunities should be open to all, regardless of background or resources. Our mission is to advance music education and performance, create pathways for cultural exchange, and preserve the spaces that make these experiences possible.

Through programs that connect young artists with mentors, performance opportunities, and community engagements, we strive to nurture the next generation of Hawaiʻi’s musicians and cultural leaders. Beyond teaching the skills, we help youth discover confidence, collaboration, and pride in sharing their voices.
